Faith Integrated Therapy Evidence-Based Therapy Supported and Administered Through Scriptures
Therapy
Interested? As a pastoral counselor, chaplain, and tech geek, I founded BeFIT Counseling to provide Faith-Integrated Therapy (FIT) that combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with biblical principles. I have spent over 15 years counseling individuals, families, and communities, combining mental health support with the strength of faith.
My passion for counseling stems from a calling to serve others, particularly young men and fellow veterans overwhelmed by life’s challenges. Having faced and overcome personal and professional challenges, I know firsthand the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual health. As a pastoral counselor with experience in chaplaincy, crisis response, and veterans' care, I have developed a deep commitment to helping people restore balance.
Through BeFIT Counseling, I envision connecting churches and communities with counselors nationwide who are passionate about integrating faith into their practice. Whether you are a church leader looking for additional resources for your congregation, a counselor interested in expanding your practice, or someone seeking care and guidance, BeFIT Counseling offers a safe, secure, and convenient digital platform to provide healing and hope.
